Our high quality, high tolerance CNC machined 32mm wheel spacers are manufactured from 6082-T6 Aluminium. As a relatively new alloy, the higher strength of Aluminium alloy 6082-T6 has seen it replace 6061 in many applications. The addition of a large amount of manganese controls the grain structure which in turn results in a stronger alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. It has the highest strength of the 6000 series alloys. Alloy 6082-T6 is known as a structural alloy. In plate form, Aluminium alloy 6082-T6 is the alloy most commonly used for machining.
Description
As standard the Jimny’s tarred road handling is not that great on cornering, you tend to get that yaw and slight bounce. Also when travelling 4×4 routes, the standard Jimny’s struggles with the “middel manntjie” syndrome where you cannot simply drive in the road ruts previously created by other standard 4×4 vehicles due to the narrower track width of the standard Jimny. Our 32mm spacers solve these problems and create a much more stable ride on the open road as well.
