Description

The fuel tank is manufactured from Zintex to ensure cleanliness and rust resistance. It is externally coated with epoxy for maximum durability. It can be said that the zinc coating “takes one for the team,” as the zinc acts as a sacrificial anode, extending the lifespan of the tank beyond that of other coating products. This differs significantly from coatings made from materials such as paint or aluminium, where the corroding steel gradually undermines the coating over time, reducing its effectiveness. The tank features a 12mm UHMW slider plate to protect the underside and prevent snagging or getting hung up. This easily replaceable protection component ensures years of off-road use. The tank is available with an option for a bolt-on middle section for the stock exhaust setup.
