EV1 Suspension Pack 4 – Expedition Kit
Due to overwhelming popular demand, Des Sol has officially extended its premium performance shock range into the Toyota Hilux market. We have spent the last year rigorously testing and developing this kit specifically to address traditional factory suspension quirks, offering an infinitely more stable and plusher ride on the freeway.
The EV1 Comfort Suspension Kit features a sophisticated mono-tube long-travel design complete with remote reservoirs. The front coil-overs boast a fully threaded body allowing you to fine-tune and level out the nose of your Hilux perfectly for improved geometry and aesthetics.
Advanced Materials & Longevity
Constructed with a brand new performance hard-anodized shock tube and a revised aluminum piston design for ultra-fine damping responses. This kit allows you to tackle large speed bumps at speed without the horrid thud of a shock violently reaching the end of its travel.
The additional advantage of the Des Sol EV1 system is that every shock absorber is completely rebuildable, serviceable, and tunable. If your vehicle configuration changes in the future (adding heavy bumpers or canopies), your suspension can be re-valved to perfectly match the new weight.
All Des Sol suspension kits come with an unequalled 8-year limited lifetime warranty provided the 4 years or 80,000 km (whichever comes first) service intervals are carried out at our nominated fitment centers.
